WAHA is a modern boba and specialty beverage concept pairing familiar favorites with signature drinks inspired by the Middle East.

WAHA is boba-first, with milk teas, fruit teas, matcha, and familiar classics alongside a signature collection of Turkish coffee, cardamom, pistachio, mint, and other Middle Eastern-inspired flavors.
The menu is intentionally beverage-focused, delivering a polished café experience without the operational footprint of a full-service restaurant.

Warm stone, rich greens, brass accents, greenery, natural textures, and subtle Middle Eastern details create a space that feels distinctive without becoming themed. The intent is a premium lifestyle brand: welcoming, photogenic, and easy to return to.
WAHA is designed for the rhythm of HHLA: movies, attractions, families, dates, office traffic, nearby residents, and evening visits. Specialty beverages are fast, social, highly repeatable purchases that complement, not compete with, the center’s entertainment and dining mix.

WAHA is seeking a long-term home at HHLA for its first location.
WAHA is being developed by a local husband-and-wife founding team who live directly across from HHLA and know the property and surrounding community firsthand. One founder is a former SpaceX engineer, bringing a systems-oriented approach to planning, process, and execution. The other is a Beverly Hills dental hygienist working in a high-touch, client-facing environment, bringing a strong understanding of hospitality, customer experience, relationship-building, and design. Together, the founders bring complementary strengths in operations, service, and brand experience. The concept is being built around standardized recipes, documented SOPs, professional sourcing and training, detailed financial underwriting, and professional store management.
Detailed business plan, startup budget, and financial package available during diligence.
“The goal is not simply to open a boba shop; it is to build a distinctive, professionally operated beverage brand that belongs at HHLA.”
